Combination of exquisite dishes based on fresh shellfish and crab, with dazzling landscapes, where the forest penetrates the Beagle Channel in an exciting and capricious way.

 

The proposal includes a country snack on the fire at the confluence of the Cambaceres River with the Beagle Channel, in the midst of an extraordinary landscape, worthy of contemplation. Then, we go to the town of Puerto Almanza, a small fishing village located on the east coast of the Beagle Channel, 75 km from the city of Ushuaia. The name of the place comes from a sawmill that worked in the area between the decades of the 40s and 50s.

 

Once in Puerto Almanza we will contemplate the beauties of the place, and we will have our reservation ready to be able to delight ourselves with the most original native dishes, on the edge of the Beagle Channel. We offer catch of the day, or the most exquisite dishes such as "Centolla Gratinada", melted in a variety of cheeses.

 

And after lunch, we will live the unique experience of sailing on personalized boats to Isla Martillo, to contemplate and live in harmony with Magellanic and Papuan penguins. After the adventure, we will begin to travel the Ruta de la Centolla, and at the end, a beautiful journey surrounded by a forest of lengas that enters the sea in a capricious way.
